Website information
Website terms & conditions
These terms cover use of our website. Your written estimate and project agreement cover the work at your property.

About this website
SHAAM GUTTERS LTD provides information about gutter installation, gutter cleaning, roofing, siding, soffit and fascia in Calgary and Regina. Contact our team to confirm service availability for your property.
Estimates and bookings
Requesting an estimate does not create a construction contract, reserve a crew or confirm an appointment. We review your enquiry and discuss the next step with you. Your written estimate and accepted project agreement set the scope, materials, price, payment terms, schedule and warranty for your job.
Project information
Website descriptions explain typical services. Product choices, quantities and installation details depend on the property and agreed scope. Photos illustrate exterior work and do not promise an identical result at another property. Discuss any additional work or concealed damage with our team before approving changes.
Using the enquiry form
Our quote buttons open Google Forms. Complete the required fields and select Submit within the form. Opening the form does not submit a request. Provide accurate contact information and project details. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or information unrelated to your enquiry.
Content and acceptable use
Our name, logo, photos and website content belong to their respective owners. Contact us before using our branding or photos in your own advertising. Do not use this website to submit spam, impersonate another person or interfere with other visitors.
External services and privacy
Links to Google Forms, Facebook and other external services take you away from this website. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Read our privacy policy for information about enquiries, hosting, fonts and optional analytics.
Your rights
These website terms do not replace your project agreement. Nothing on this page limits rights under applicable consumer or privacy law.
